Chaya (Spinach Tree)

Chaya (Cnidoscolus aconitifolius) is a tropical perennial shrub (Euphorbiaceae) native to Mexico. Its nutrient-rich leaves must be cooked to remove toxins. Requires full sun, well-drained soil; drought-tolerant and pest-resistant.
