Savoy cabbage (Brassica oleracea var. sabauda) is a tender, crinkled leafy green. Cool-season crop, prefers moist soil. Rich in vitamins C, K. Grown from seed, harvest 70-95 days. Susceptible to cabbage worms, aphids, flea beetles. Control with neem oil and predators.
