Tomato (Solanum lycopersicum): annual herbaceous, Solanaceae family. Needs full sun 6-8 hours, well-draining soil pH 6.0-6.8. Grown from seed or seedling. Pests: spider mites, thrips, whiteflies, late blight. Harvest 60-80 days after planting.
