Bacterial Blight

Bacterial blight (Xanthomonas/Pseudomonas) causes water-soaked lesions, brown-black spots with yellow halos on leaves and stems. Spreads rapidly in wet, overwatered conditions. Treatment: prune infected parts, copper spray, improve drainage and air circulation.
