Ficus virens (White Fig) is a tropical Moraceae tree from SE Asia. Key features: glossy leaves, aerial roots, broad canopy. Excellent for bonsai due to high wire tolerance. Care: bright light, regular water, periodic fertilizer. Medium drought tolerance, poor frost tolerance.
