European Silver Fir

European Silver Fir (Abies alba) is a large coniferous tree up to 60m, native to Central European mountains. Needles have white bands, cones are upright. Prefers cool climate, acidic well-drained soil. Slow-growing, used for ornamental and forestry purposes.
