Bel Tree (Aegle marmelos) is a thorny tropical tree with compound leaves and hard-shelled aromatic orange fruits. Strengths: drought-tolerant, sun-loving, disease-resistant. Uses: edible fruit, medicinal. Unsuitable for bonsai due to large leaves.
