Korean Radish (Raphanus sativus var. longipinnatus) is a large, white/green-skinned, crisp, sweet radish. Belongs to Brassicaceae, cool-season crop (15-20°C). Prefers deep, loose soil, pH 6.0-7.0. Harvest 60-90 days. Used in kkakdugi kimchi, bone broths.
