Rice paddy herb is a semi-aquatic herb (Plantaginaceae) used in Vietnamese cuisine (sour soup, hot pot). Lemongrass-like aroma, grows in wet/waterlogged soil. Square stems, opposite serrated leaves. Used for colds and stomachaches.
