Paperbark

Paperbark (Melaleuca): Australian native with papery peeling bark. Tolerates wet, waterlogged soils. White bottlebrush flowers. Used in bonsai and for tea tree oil extraction. Requires full sun, slightly acidic soil. Main pests: scale insects, mealybugs.
