Torrey Pine

Torrey Pine (Pinus torreyana) is the rarest US pine, native to coastal San Diego and Santa Rosa Island. Large trunk with long needles reaching 20-25m, large cones with edible seeds. Requires full sun, drought-sensitive, thrives in cool coastal climates.
