Massai Nettle

Massai Nettle (Urtica massaica) is a perennial herbaceous plant native to African tropical highlands. Grows 0.5-1.5m tall with stinging hairs containing formic acid. Ovate-lanceolate serrated leaves. Used in traditional medicine and as food after cooking.
